Our members will receive the Official Annual Meeting Notice in the mail any day now, but we wanted to post here just to give everyone a heads up!
The meeting will be held April 24 in The Upstairs Downtown
Registration: 4:30-5:30pm
Dinner Served: 5:30pm
Business Meeting: 6:00pm
The general order of business shall be conducted as follows:
1. Presentation and consideration of reports on the state of the Association.
2. Official nomination of Director Candidates, one from District Four and one from District Seven, for a term of three years. The District Committees have the following members for nomination:
District Four (Braman, Shidler, Foraker, Grainola, Webb City, Wynona) Janell LeValley, Braman, OK
District Seven (Caldwell, Renfrow)
Troy Dierking, Caldwell, KS
3. Transaction of any new business.
