Open Roles

Install, service, and maintain voice and data services, including Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) or fixed-wireless.

Install, replace, and maintain:
-
Fiber: cable, fiber, Optical Network Terminals (ONTs), power supplies, and related plant equipment.

Fixed-Wireless: cable, CPE(s), and POE(S).
-
Assist with locating, repairing, replacing, and maintaining telecommunications plant facilities and infrastructure.

Follow all safety policies, OSHA requirements, and company procedures while performing field work.

Operate tools, vehicles, and equipment safely and in accordance with training.
-
Confined space comfort. Climbing/Height responsibility.
Troubleshooting & Field Support

Assist with troubleshooting broadband network and customer service issues under the guidance of supervisors or senior technicians.

Identify potential plant issues and report findings to supervisors.
-
Support repairs, upgrades, and maintenance activities as assigned.
Equipment, Vehicles & Documentation

Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, test equipment, and job-related devices.

Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.

Accurately complete work orders, service records, and required documentation on a daily basis.
Customer Service, On-Call & Development

Interact professionally and courteously with customers during installations, repairs, and service calls.

Protect confidential customer and organizational information.

Participate in on-call rotations, flexible scheduling, and overtime as required.

Attend training, safety meetings, and educational opportunities to develop technical skills and industry knowledge.

Assist with facility maintenance, groundskeeping, and other plant-related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

0–1 year of experience in telecommunications, construction, utilities, or related field work (training provided).

Ability and willingness to perform physical, outdoor, and field-based work in varying weather conditions.

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Associate’s or technical degree in telecommunications, electronics, or a related field.
-
Basic knowledge of fiber, electronics, fixed-wireless, or networking.

Experience using hand and power tools.
-
Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or willingness to obtain.
