Open Roles

  • Install, service, and maintain voice and data services, including Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) or fixed-wireless.

  • Install, replace, and maintain: 

  • Fiber: cable, fiber, Optical Network Terminals (ONTs), power supplies, and related plant equipment. 

  • Fixed-Wireless: cable, CPE(s), and POE(S). 

  • Assist with locating, repairing, replacing, and maintaining telecommunications plant facilities and infrastructure.

  • Follow all safety policies, OSHA requirements, and company procedures while performing field work.

  • Operate tools, vehicles, and equipment safely and in accordance with training.

  • Confined space comfort. Climbing/Height responsibility.

Troubleshooting & Field Support

  • Assist with troubleshooting broadband network and customer service issues under the guidance of supervisors or senior technicians.

  • Identify potential plant issues and report findings to supervisors.

  • Support repairs, upgrades, and maintenance activities as assigned.

Equipment, Vehicles & Documentation

  • Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, test equipment, and job-related devices.

  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.

  • Accurately complete work orders, service records, and required documentation on a daily basis.

Customer Service, On-Call & Development

  • Interact professionally and courteously with customers during installations, repairs, and service calls.

  • Protect confidential customer and organizational information.

  • Participate in on-call rotations, flexible scheduling, and overtime as required.

  • Attend training, safety meetings, and educational opportunities to develop technical skills and industry knowledge.

  • Assist with facility maintenance, groundskeeping, and other plant-related duties as assigned.


Position Requirements and Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 0–1 year of experience in telecommunications, construction, utilities, or related field work (training provided).

  • Ability and willingness to perform physical, outdoor, and field-based work in varying weather conditions.

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or technical degree in telecommunications, electronics, or a related field.

  • Basic knowledge of fiber, electronics, fixed-wireless, or networking.

  • Experience using hand and power tools.

  • Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or willingness to obtain.
