At Kanokla Design Studio, we’re always looking for ways to make our customers’ experience easier and more efficient. That’s why we’re excited to announce that we are in the process of launching a new online ordering platform through PageDNA.
PageDNA is a powerful, web-based storefront solution that simplifies the process of ordering printed materials. Through this platform, our customers will soon be able to browse a catalog of customizable print products, select sizes and quantities, view pricing instantly, and place orders—all in one convenient place.
Our goal with this new system is to streamline communication and reduce back-and-forth emails, while still maintaining the personalized service you expect from our team. Once your order is placed, we can send digital proofs for your review before anything goes to print, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction.
This website will not only make the ordering process more accessible, but also serve as a showcase of what our talented design team can do.
Of course, we’re always here to help. If you have any questions, special requests, or prefer to work directly with a team member, we still encourage you to call or email us anytime.
Stay tuned for the official launch—we can’t wait to make your printing process easier, faster, and more intuitive with PageDNA.

Kanokla Design Studio is excited to announce the arrival of our newest addition to the production floor: the DPC-400 Digital Die Cutter from Duplo USA. This state-of-the-art machine is a game-changer for precision cutting, offering unmatched speed, flexibility, and quality for custom-shaped designs across a wide range of materials.
Unlike traditional die cutters that require custom-shaped blades (dies) to cut through materials, the DPC-400 eliminates that need entirely. It uses advanced digital cutting technology, guided by a triple-tooling head that follows digital cut file paths to produce precise shapes, intricate designs, and clean cuts—without the time and cost of die fabrication.
What Sets the DPC-400 Apart?
The DPC-400 is built for performance and efficiency, ideal for short-run and on-demand production. It handles paper, cardstock, laminated sheets, synthetics, and more, making it perfect for everything from packaging prototypes to custom stickers and folding pieces.
Among its standout capabilities:
Custom-Shaped Cuts – Create virtually any shape with precision, following digital file paths.
Kiss Cutting – Perfect for labels and stickers, cutting only the top layer and preserving the backing.
Scoring & Creasing – Produces accurate fold lines for brochures, greeting cards, and packaging with minimal cracking.
Perforating – Adds tear-away lines for tickets, coupons, and other interactive print materials.
Smarter, Faster Workflow
The DPC-400 features an automated sheet feeding system and a CCD camera that reads QR codes and registration marks, ensuring each cut aligns perfectly—even compensating for minor image shifts. Job changeovers are handled automatically, dramatically improving turnaround times.
Additionally, the cutter integrates seamlessly with Fiery JobFlow to automate file prep tasks like applying registration marks reducing errors and setup time for each job.
Designed for Versatility

With a flexible tooling head that accommodates up to three tools at once (from a set including four cutting tools and a scoring wheel), the DPC-400 can handle multiple processes in a single pass. This makes it especially useful for complex or multi-step jobs, saving both time and manual labor.
The Bottom Line
The addition of the DPC-400 Digital Die Cutter enhances our ability to deliver fast, high-quality, and customized solutions for our clients. Whether it’s custom packaging, promotional items, or specialty print jobs, this machine allows us to work smarter and produce exceptional results in less time.
We look forward to putting this powerful tool to work for your next project.
