Automatic Callback

This feature applies to outgoing calls.  AC enables the subscriber to automatically call back the last number dialed.  If the called party is busy, the system continues to try to make the connection until both parties are idle.  this feature is typically invoked after the initial attempt leads to a busy signal.  This feature is also known as "66" and "repeatcall".  To Activate (to re-dial the last number) dial*66. To Deactivate (terminate all current AC requests) dial *86.

 

Anonymous Call Rejection - $3.00

ACR enables the subscriber to automatically block calls from parties whose telephone numbers are marked "Private".  When subscribed and activated, it routes incoming calls to an announcement if calling party number is marked "Private".  To activate dial *77; to deactivate dial *87.

 

Automatic Recall

This feature applies to incoming calls. AR enables the subscriber to automatically call the last incoming number.  If the called party is busy, the system continues to try to make the connection until both parties are idle.  This feature is typically invoked after missing an incoming call or to resume the call to the last incoming party.  To activate Automatic Recall dial * 69 followed by 1 after the confirmation request.  To deactivate dial * 89 to terminate all current AR requests.  

 

Call Forwarding Busy (CFBL) - $2.00

CFBL enables the subscriber to forward incoming calls to another line when the subscriber's line is busy.  To Activate thsi service dial *68; after *68 is pressed, the subscriber hears a confirmation dial tone,  The subscriber then enters the forwarded-to-telephone number.  If the forward-to telephone number is invalid or if CFLB is already activated, an announcement informs the subscriber.  To Deactivate dial *88 - If CFLB is already deactivated, an announcement informs the subscriber.

Call Forwarding Don't Answer (CFDA) - $2.00

CFDA is a sub feature of Call Forwarding.  This feature enables the subscriber to redirect incoming call to another line if the subscriber's line is not answered after a predetermined number of rings.  The ring count is set when the feature is assigned to a subscriber.  To Activate CFDA dial *92 - after the *92 is presses the subscriber hears a confirmation dial tone.  The subscriber then enters the forward-to telephone number.  If the forward-to telephone number is invaild or if CFDA is already activated, an announcement informs the subscriber.  To Deactivate dial *93- if CFDA is already deactivated, an announcment informs the subscriber.

 

Call Forwarding Variable (CFV) - $2.00

CFV is a sub feature of Call Forwarding.  This feature enables the subscriber to redirect incoming calls to another line regardless of the status (busy or Idle) of the subscriber's line.  When the call forwarding variable feature is activated, the subsriber's line, if idle, receives a ring reminder when a call has been forwarded.  The subscriber cannot answer calls at the base station while CFV is active, but can originate calls.  To Activate CFV dial *72 - after *72is pressed, the subscriber hears a confirmation dial tone.  The subscriber then enters the forward-to telephone number.  If the forward-to telephone number is invalid or if CFV is already activated, an announcement informs the subscriber.  To Deactivate CFV dial *73 - if CFV is already deactivated, an announcement informs the subscriber.

Call Identification (CID) - $6.50

This feature applies to incoming calls.  CID forwards the calling party's telephone number, name, date and time to the subscriber line during the ringing cycle, if the calling party has not blocked the delivery of their calling identify.

 

Caller Identification On Call Waiting (CIDCW) - $1.00

This is a Caller ID (CID) service that enables the subscriber,  while on a call, to receive calling party CID or Calling Number Delivery (CND) information.  CND or CID must also be assigned for this feature to work.

Calling Identity Delivery/Suppression (CIDS)

This feature applies to outgoing calls.  CIDS controls the delivery of Called ID on a per-call basis.  This feature is activated to make an anonymous call and is deavtivated to show the calling ID again.  To Activate dial *67 (when provided with the recall dial tone, the subscriber enters the number to call.  The subscriber's name and number are not delivered to the called party).  Those subscribers that have calling identity delivery restricted ( CPN Presentation field set to Restricted) can override the feature on a per-call basis.  To Deactivate dial *82 ( when provided with the recall dial tone, the subscriber enters the number to call.  The subscriber's name and number are displayed to the called party, providing the called party has subsrcibed to Caller Identity Delivery (CID).

 

Calling Number Delivery (CND) - $4.00

CND enables the subscribers to receive a calling party's telephone number during the ringing cycle, if the calling party has not blocked the delivery of the calling party number.

Call Waiting Operation (CW) - $2.00

CW is a feature that enables the subscriber to know there is an incoming call while they are on the line.  The subscriber receives an audible tone (that only the subscriber can hear) and the calling party receives audible ringing.  The subscriber may answer the new call by one of two methods:

1.  The subscriber can hook-flash, placing the original call on hold and answer the new call.

2.  The subscriber can hang up.  The telephone rings and the subscirber can pick it up.

This feature can be Deactivated by *70 entered before placing the call.  Call Waiting is automatically restored when the call is completed.

 

Remote Access To Call Forwarding (RACF) - $2.00

RACF enables a subscriber to activate or deactivate their call forwarding feature from a remote line.  The subscriber dials the number provisioned for this and is prompted for their 10-digit home telephone number followed by another prompt for their five (5) digits Personal Identification Number (PIN).  After the PIN is accepted, the system prompts for the subscriber's choice: 1) Activation, which includes changing the Forward-to-number, 2) Deavtivation, or 3) change PIN.

Selective Call Acceptance (SCA)

Selective Call Acceptance enables the subscriber to receive calls only from those telephone numbeers in the screening lisr.  If a call arrives while SCA is activated from a telephone number that is on the selective list, the call is accepted and rings through.  If the incoming call is from a telephone number that is not on the selective list, the call is rejected with an announcement.  To Activate dial *64; to Deactivate dial *84.

 

Selective Call Forwarding (SCF) - $2.00

Selective Call Forwarding is similar to Call Forwarding except that the call is forwarded only if it orginates from a telephone number in the screening list.  If a call arrives while SCF is activated and the call orginates from a telephone number on the slective list, the call is forwarded.  If the incoming call is from a telephone number that is not on the selective list, the call rings through and is not forwarded.  To Activate SCF dial *63, at which time subscriber is prompted for the forward-to telephone number.  To Deactivate dial *83.

Selective Call Rejection (SCR) - $3.00

Selective Call Rejection enables the subscriber to reject ( block ) incoming calls based on a list of telephones to be rejected.  If a call arrives while SCR is activated and the call orginates from a telephone number on the selective list, the call is rejected with an announcement.  If the incoming call is from a telepohne number that is not on the selective list, the call rings through and is not rejected.  To Activate SCR dial *60' to Deactivate dial *80. 

 

Speed Dialing 30 (SPD30)

This feature provides the subscriber with 30 speed dialing numbers.  When enabled, the speed-dialed numbers can be entered by the System Administrator or the subscriber.

The Speed dial list access code is *75.  The subscriber enters (or changes) a number by dialing the activation code, waiting for the prompt, and dialing the speed code (20-49), the number to be dialed followed by the # sign.

To use the speed dial, the subscriber dials the code (20-49) followed by the # sign.

Speed Dialing 8 (SPD8)

This feature provides the subscriber with eight speed dialing numbers.  When enabled, the speed-dialed numbers can be entered by the System Administrator or the subscriber.

Speed dialing list access code id *74.  The subscriber enters (or changes) a number by dialing the activation code, waiting for the prompt, and dialing speed code (2-9), the number to be dialed followed by the # sign.

To use speed dial, the subsciber dials the code (2-9) followed by the # sign.

 

Telemarketing Do Not Disturb - $1.00

Telemarketing Do Not Disturb allows subscribers to inform callers that they do not want to receive telemarketing calls.

When Telemarketing Do Not Disturb service is active on a subscriber line, calls terminating to the line receive an announcement stating that the line does not accept calls from Telemarketers and the caller must press 1 to be connected.  If the caller presses 1, the call is completed to the line normally.  If the caller enters any other digit, the caller receives a busy tone.

To activate or deactivate Telemarketing Do Not Disturb service, the subscriber goes off hook, receives a dial tone, and then dials the activation or deactivation code.

To Activate dial * 78; to Deactivate dial *79

Toll Restriction - $2.00

Toll Restriction prevents the subscriber's line from being used to place calls.  800-type calls may also be restricted.

 

Toll Restriction With Pin Override - $2.00

Toll Restriction with PIN Override is an advanced version of the basic Toll Restriction service, which enables subscribers to override toll restriction on a per call basis

Three Way Calling (TWC)

This feature enables the subscriber (while connected to another party) to add a third party to the call without the operators assistance.  To add a third party to the call, the subscriber puts one party on hold (hook-flash), dials the third party, and after connecting to the third party, hook-flashes again to connect all parties.  The added party may be dropped from the connection by an additional hook-flash.
