We are a leader in the rural telecommunications industry and are seeking a full time Service Order Coordinator.
Log, dispatch, and distribute trouble calls and service orders for the purpose of expediting response to subscriber telecommunication breakdown. Enters changes into switch for the purpose of making changes in carriers, service features, and connects/disconnects. Update records for the purpose of maintaining accurate documentation. Generate reports for the purpose of providing management with timely records and information and meeting regulatory requirements. Requires ability to participate in problem solving activities as part of a group and the ability to analyze complex business situations recommend and implement solutions to problems that are not routine in nature.
Successful candidates should possess the following:
High school education or the equivalent, Required.
Basic computer, keyboarding, and spreadsheet skills, required.
Good interpersonal, conflict resolution, and verbal skills, required.
Office environment experience required.
Ability to perform the physical tasks of the essential functions, required. Sitting at a desk for an extended period of time on the phone and computer.
